Our People

Open Country Dairy has a Board of Directors that compromises of nine Directors including two independents. Our Board is very profit focused and expects strong economic and cost conscious performance at all levels of the business, without compromising quality and service.

The Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and Head of Operations are regularly at all Sites visiting Senior Management and Staff alike, following the ‘inclusive and transparent family atmosphere', we all strive for and are proud to be aligned with.

All of our staff from Milk Supply, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, Administration and Sales are a dedicated team with high calibre skills and experience in an industry we all have a collective passion for.
