Open Country Whole Milk Powder is typically used for its functional and nutritional properties in food and beverage formulations. It is used in further manufacture including Infant and Aged Care formulas, nutritional beverages, ice creams, yoghurts, confectionery, reconstitution of milk and canning operations.  It can be used as a replacement for liquid whole milk.
