Open Country Whole Milk Powder 26% is made from fresh whole milk which has been pasteurised, evaporated and then spray dried.  It has been enriched with vitamins A and D.

Whole Milk Powder enriched with vitamins is typically used for functional and nutritional properties in beverage formulations such as reconstituting Milk and Infant or Aged Care formulas.
