Open Country Cheddar Cheese is made from fresh milk and is the most widely purchased and eaten cheese we produce. Cheddar is semi hard and has good keeping qualities therefore it is the main cheese in international trade. Fresh mild cheddar should be about three to four months of age. Cheddar gets a sharper taste the longer it matures.

Cheddar Cheese is suitable for a range of applications including being cut and wrapped into consumer size portions and shredding for consumer and foodservice markets.
Pack size:
20kg vacuum packed in polyethylene bags. Cardboard wrap around cartons.
