Cheddar Cheese Classic

Open Country Cheddar Cheese Classic is made from fresh milk and has a slightly crumbly texture.  The cheese is matured for a longer period of time to develop the characteristics of a tastier profile.

Application Ideas:

Cheddar Classic is ideal for inclusion in the manufacture of processed cheese, sauces and spreads.  The cheese can also be infused in bakery or meat applications.

Pack size:

20kg vacuum packed in polyethylene bags.  Cardboard wrap around cartons.
