Open Country Colby Cheese is a smooth, creamy fresh flavoured cheese. Colby is a softer, moister and milder cheese than Cheddar because it is produced through a washed cure process. Colby is considered semi hard.
Application Ideas:
Colby is suitable for a range of applications including cut and wrap into consumer size portions and shredding for consumer and foodservice markets. It is used as a table cheese for grilling, snacks, sandwiches, sauces and salads.
Pack size:
20kg vacuum packed in polyethylene bags. Cardboard wrap around cartons.
