Havarti Cheese

Open Country Havarti Cheese originated in Denmark.  It is a washed curd that has been put through a dry salt process. It has a clean fresh butter flavour and the texture is smooth and pliable.

Applications Ideas:

Havarti Cheese is suitable for a range of applications including cut and wrap into consumer size portions.  It is used as a table cheese for grilling, snacks, sandwiches, sauces and salads.

Pack size:

20kg vacuum packed in polyethylene bags.  Cardboard wrap around cartons.
