Gouda Cheese

Open Country Gouda Cheese is a dry salted, hard cheese made from fresh milk.  It has a well rounded mild, nutty and sweet flavour.

Application Ideas:

Gouda cheese is suitable for cut and wrap for block and portion markets and for slicing. It is a very versatile cheese suitable for the cheeseboard and also as a cooking cheese due to its good ‘meltability' at all stages of maturity.

Pack size:

20kg vacuum packed in polyethylene bags.  Cardboard wrap around cartons.
