We have proudly exported over 95% of our Open Country branded products worldwide since 2004. Our customers value the high quality and reliability of our dairy ingredients, and the expertise of our team to ensure all customer and country regulations are met and the products delivered safely and timely. From milk supply through to shipped products, we provide traceability and control over the entire supply chain.

Each year we supply over 300,000 tonnes of dairy products to customers in more than 50 markets around the world

Milk Powder

Milk powders are our specialty. We produce a wide range of premium milk powders and proteins, from high-quality New Zealand milk.
Cheese

In our state-of-the-art cheese plant, we manufacture a range of table and processing cheeses including mozzarella and cheddar varieties.

Custom Specifications

Working collaboratively with customers and suppliers, we are able to jointly develop customer-specific products.
