Quality Dairy Ingredients
At Open Country we take pride in producing premium dairy ingredients from high quality New Zealand milk. Our dairy ingredients are of exceptional quality, in an industry that already has a global reputation for excellence. New Zealand ranks first in the world for food safety and food safety net programmes*.
All Open Country production plants have achieved the highest level of approval from the New Zealand Government’s Ministry for Primary Industries. Final products are tested by independent ISO 17025 laboratory, and we are accountable to the New Zealand Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) through our Risk Management Programme and Plan, plus our HACCP plan.
