Our innovation hub is a small-scale version of our main ice cream factory where our product development team trials new mixes and ingredients before full production. Onsite experts work with you to create and assess new flavours for market viability.
Equipped with a batch pasteuriser, a small blast freezer, and a churn producing up to 100L an hour with adjustable overrun, the hub allows us to trial stabilisers, emulsifiers and overrun levels in small, low-waste batches. Once a recipe is finalised, it can go straight to full production with perfect accuracy.
Our state of the art processing facilities produce high quality milk powders and proteins, milk concentrates, milk fats, cheeses and ice creams for both local and global markets.
